Chris Lowder

Chris grew up in Chester, VA and currently lives in Mechanicsville, VA with his wife, Melissa, and two sons. While attending Virginia Tech and working towards his degree in Building Construction he completed an internship with Kjellstrom + Lee. Nearly a decade later, after working in Operations with a focus on industrial and pharmaceutical construction, he made his way back to Kjellstrom + Lee and has been working in Preconstruction since 2011.

Beyond the workplace Chris enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attending his son’s sporting events, and outdoor activities including camping, hiking, boating and fishing. He is also a big supporter of all things HOKIES.
