Anthony Harika
Preconstruction Director
With over 17 years of experience in preconstruction at Kjellstrom + Lee, Anthony plays a pivotal role in guiding projects from concept to groundbreaking, ensuring clients have the clarity and confidence they need to make informed decisions every step of the way. He has a proven track record of collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and trade partners to responsibly manage the project budget without compromising the client’s vision or the integrity of the design. He particularly enjoys identifying the critical challenges of a project and developing solutions to overcome them while still in the planning phase, thereby maximizing the benefits of the preconstruction process.  Anthony’s work is guided by a strong commitment to customer service, always striving to understand clients’ needs and priorities from their perspective, and a mindset that failure is never an option. These guiding principles have been instrumental in fostering trust and building long-lasting partnerships throughout his career.
Outside the office, Anthony is passionate about music and enjoys playing guitar, cooking, and spending time with his family. He also serves on his church’s Facilities Committee where he leverages his industry experience to guide decisions on maintenance work and new projects, with a focus on maximizing value and responsibly managing costs.
Anthony was born and raised in Henrico County in the West End of Richmond. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2007 with a degree in Civil Engineering, he moved back to the West End where he currently lives with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
