University of Richmond

In a renovation spanning six phases and more than three years, the University of Richmond School of Law executed a complex renovation that touched every aspect of the building.  From the casual meeting places and technology-enabled classrooms to the formal Moot Court and energy-saving green roof, the details of this project required meticulous planning and forward-thinking, unique solutions—all while the School of Law was operational.  The result is a building replete with modern features that improve the functionality and accessibility for faculty and students.
