Designed with complete patient comfort in mind, this 2-story, 30,000 SF state-of-the-art Physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center houses a multi-specialty facility specializing in Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology, Plastic Surgery and Oculoplastics. This MOB conversion included 4 state-of-the-art operating suites, PACU and PRE-OP Suites, and a number of other support spaces.

Named by The Outpatient Surgery Journal as a 2011 OR Excellence, Best in Practice for Infection Control award winner, it was imperative to maintain the "tradition of providing the highest quality care in a comfortable and caring environment." Partnering with Kjellstrom + Lee, the 51 specialists at Monticello were able to not only meet, but exceed that goal. The space is defined by a warm, welcoming palette and the services provided are first in class.
